Two blind men followed Jesus, calling out, “Have mercy on us!”
He asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”
“Yes, Lord,” they replied.
Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith will it be done to you”; and their sight restored. Matthew 9:27-30.
What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked the blind man.
The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.”
“Your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight… Mark 10: 51-52.
Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years.
Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. James 5:170-18. Amen.
