You search the scriptures... John 5:39

The New Life In Christ - In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven Matthew 5:16.

“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by menBut when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
And when you pray, do not keep on babbling pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Matthew 6:5-8.
“These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teaching are but rules taught by men.’ ” Matthew 15:8-9.
They tie up heavy loads and put them on men’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. Matthew 23:4.
“How terrible for you…and you say long prayers so that people will notice you. Matthew 23:14.
that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day. John 12:48.
but test everything; hold fast to what is good; 1Thessalonians 5:21. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - You give a tenth of your spices-mint, dill and cummin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law-justice, mercy and faithfulness. Matthew 23:23.

“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into eternal fire… For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me,’
‘I tell you the truth whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” Matthew 25:41-46.
Whoever gives to the poor will have everything he needs, but the one who ignores the poor will receive many curses. Proverbs 28:27.
If you say, “We don’t know anything about this,” God, who knows what’s in your mind, will notice. He is watching you… Proverbs 24:12. Amen.

Wednesday 28 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - He, who has ears, let him hear. Matthew 11:15.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 7:21.
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but can not kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28.
To what can I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others:
‘We played the flute for you,
And you did not dance:
We sang a dirge,
And you did not mourn.’ Matthew 11:16-17.
Or haven’t you read in the Law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple desecrate the day yet are innocent?… If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. Matthew 12:5-7. Amen.

Tuesday 27 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - ‘No servant is greater than his master’ John 15:20.

Now when a man works, his wages are not credited to him as a gift, but as an obligation. Romans 4:4.
For we are God’s fellow workers; 1Corinthians 3:9.
Telling the Good news does not give me any reason for bragging. Telling the Good news is my duty-something I must do. 1Corinthians 9:16.
Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, in the holiness and sincerity that are from God. We have done so not according to worldly wisdom but according to God’s grace. 2Corinthians 1:12.
Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. 2Corinthians 3:5. Amen.

Monday 26 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Be patient in suffering Romans 12:12.

No testing has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tested beyond what you can bear. But when you are tested, he will also provide a way out so that you can standup under it. 1Corinthians 10:13.
Consider it pure joy…whenever you face trails of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trail, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. James 1:2-3 & 1:12.
…then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly men from trail…until the Day of Judgment. 2Peter 2:9. Amen.

Sunday 25 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it” Luke 11:28.

Then God said to the man, (Adam) “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife…cursed is the ground because of you;…” Genesis 3:17.
I promised a good land to your ancestors, but none of you evil people will see it. Only Caleb…will see it. I will give him and his descendants the land he walked on, because he followed the Lord completely.” Deuteronomy 1:35-36.
Abraham stood there before the Lord…and asked, “Do you plan to destroy the good people along with the evil ones? ...What if you find ten there?” He said, “If I find ten there, I will not destroy it.” Genesis 18:22-32.
Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. Romans 5:18. Amen.

Saturday 24 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who in every respect has been tested, as we are, yet with out sin Hebrews 4:15.

“I (Jesus) have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance” Luke 5:32.
Two men owed money to a certain moneylender. One owed him five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. Neither of them had the money to pay him back, so he cancelled the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?
Simon replied, “I suppose the one who had the bigger debt cancelled.”
“You have judged correctly,” Jesus said. … Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little. Luke 7:41-48.
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us 1John 1:8.
“If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her. At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time… Then neither do I condemned you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”  John 8:2-11.
Yes Father, for this was your good pleasure. Luke 10:21.
“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “You are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is need. Mary has chosen what is betterLuke 10:41-42. Amen.

Friday 23 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me”

Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and four hundred men rallied to him…and all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. After him, Judas…appeared…and led a band of people in revolt…and  all his followers were scattered. Acts 5:36-37.
Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away… The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. John 11-13.
“I (Jesus) have not lost one of those you gave me.” John 18:9.
 Amen.

Thursday 22 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - The Believers Rights and Freedom: Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. 1Corinthians 11:1.

So this weak brother, for whom Christ died, is destroyed by your knowledge. 1Corinthians 8:11.
Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible… I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings. 1Corinthians 9:19-23.
If some unbelievers invite you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience… If I take part in the meal with thankfulness, why am I denounced because of something I thank for God?
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God…even as I try to please everybody in everyway. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may saved. 1Corinthians 10:27-33. Amen.

Wednesday 21 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - No one…is godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights… Hebrews 12:16.

…those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God…Now if we are God’s children…if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. Romans 8:14-17.
Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons…
Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our Spirits and live! Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:7-11. Amen.

Tuesday 20 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2Corinthians 3:17.

Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? ... For long hair is given to her as a covering. If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice-nor do the churches of God. 1Corinthians 11:13-16.
Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold…But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read.
It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. Even to this day when Moses read is read, a veil covers their hearts. But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2Corinthians 3:12-18.
…women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. 1Corinthians 14:34.
(But) When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary. Mark 16:9.
Jesus told to her, “Mary…Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.” John 20:16-18. Amen.

Monday 19 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - So that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power. 1Corinthians 2:5

But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things-and the things that are not-to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. 1Corinthians 1:27-29.
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight.
So then, no more boasting about men! 1Corinthians 3:19 & 3:21.
For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. 1Corinthians 4:20.
But in the church I would rather speak five intelligible words to instruct others than ten thousand words in a tongue. 1Corinthians 14:19. Amen.

Sunday 18 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - But seek first the kingdom and his righteousness Matthew 6:33.

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:21.
No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despite the other. You cannot serve both God and Money. Matthew 6:24.
The Kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.
Again, the Kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. Matthew 13:44-46.
I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Matthew 16:19.
And he (Jesus) said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like these children is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:3-4. Amen.

Saturday 17 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - The Fellowship of the Believers:

All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread on their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:44-47.
All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had…and it was distributed to anyone as he need. Acts 4:32-35.
Live in harmony with one another. Romans 12:16.
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glory the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 15:5-6.
At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality, as it is written: “He who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little.” 2Corinthians 8:14-15. Amen.

Friday 16 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Freedom From Human Regulations Through Life With Christ:

Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. Romans 14:20.
But food does not bring us near to God; we are no worse if we do not eat, and no better if we do…that the exercise of your freedom does not become a stumbling block to the weak…So this weak brother, for whom Christ dies, is destroyed by your knowledge. When you sin against your brothers in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against God. 1Corinthians 8:8-12.
Since you died with Christ to the basic principles of this world, why, as though you still belonged to it, do you submit to its rules: “Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!”? These are all destined to perish with use, because they are based on human commands and teachings…Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom…but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence. Colossians 2:20-23.
For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving. 1Timothy 4:4. Amen.

Thursday 15 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - All this I have told you so that you will not go astray John 16:1.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin.
If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles… John 15:22 & 15:24.
When he, the Counselor, comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: in regard to sin…
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truthJohn 16:8 & 16:13.
None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. John 17:12. Amen.

Wednesday 14 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - …for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you. Galatins 4:19.

So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’ Luke 17:10.
Telling the God’s News is my duty-something I must do. 1Corinthians 9:16.
Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, in the holiness and sincerity that are from God. We have done so not according to God’s grace.
Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy… 2Corinthians 1:12 & 1:24.
Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 2Corinthians 4:2.
When we are is plain to God, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience. 2Corinthians 5:11.
For we are taking pins to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men. 2Corinthians 8:21. Amen.

Tuesday 13 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - What is highly valued among men is detestable in God’s sight. Luke 16:15.

“There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’
But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. Luke 16:19-25.
Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other men-…or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’
But the tax collector stood at a distance. H e would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’
“I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” Luke 18:10-14. Amen.

Monday 12 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - You search the scriptures… John 5:39.

They tie up heavy loads and put them on men’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.
Everything they do is done for men to see: they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; they love to be greeted in the market places and to have men call them ‘Rabbi.’
But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have only Master… And do not call anyone on earth ‘Father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called ‘teacher’ for you have one Teacher, the Christ. Matthew 23:4-10. Amen.

Sunday 11 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - An Invitation to Abundant Life:

The LORD says, “All you who are thirsty, come and drink. Those of you who do not have money, come, buy and eat!
Come buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend your money on something that is not real food? Why work for something that does not really satisfy you? Listen closely to me, and you will eat what is good; your soul will enjoy the rich food that satisfies. Isaiah 55:1-2.
Wealth can vanish in wink of an eye. It can seem to grow wings and fly away like an eagle. Proverbs 23:5.
Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. 1Peter 3:4. Amen.

Saturday 10 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; 1Corinthians 9:26.

“People will no longer have to teach their neighbors and relatives to know the LORD, because all people will know me, from the least to the most important’” says the LORD. Jeremiah 31:34 & Hebrews 8:11.
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and correctly handles the word of truth. 2Timothy 2:15.
Since an overseer is entrusted with God’s work, he must be blameless-not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it. Titus 1:7-9. Amen.

Friday 9 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - You, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself? Romans 2:21.

But because of the Pharisees they would not confess their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; for they loved praise from men more than praise from God. John 12:42-43.
Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ. Galatians 1:10.
Those people are working hard to persuade you, but this is not good for you. They want to persuade you to turn against us and follow only them. It is good for people to show interest in you, but only if their purpose is good. Galatians 4:17-18.
But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone. 2Timothy 3:9. Amen.

Thursday 8 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Yes Father, for this was your good pleasure Luke 15:23.

Whenever you are able, do good to people who need help… Proverbs 3:27.
Whoever mistreats the poor insults their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God. Proverbs 14:31.
Whoever ignores the poor when they cry for help will also cry for help and not be answered. Proverbs 21:13.
Do not abuse poor people because they are poor. Proverbs 22:22.
Speak up and judge fairly, and defend the rights of the poor and the needy. Proverbs 31:9.
Whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me. Matthew 25:45.
The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them anytime you want. Mark 14:7.
Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. Luke 6:36.
“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor of the man…?” The expert in law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise” Luke 10:36-37. Amen.

Wednesday 7 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. 1John2:27.

You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men?
What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe – as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things (faith) grow.
So then, no more boasting men! 1Corinthians 3:3-7 & 3:21.
For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 2Corinthians 4:5.
We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with those who think they are important. They use themselves to measure themselves, and they judge themselves by what they themselves are. This shows that they know nothing, and they are not wise.
But, “Let him who boasts boast in the Lord.” It is not those who say they are good who are accepted but those who the Lord thinks are good. 2:Corinthians 10:12 & 10:17-18.
May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Galatians 6:14. Amen.

Tuesday 6 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.

The LORD said to Moses … “ At twilight you will eat meat, and every morning you will eat all the bread you want. Then you will know ‘I am the LORD your God.’ ”
The Israelites ate manna for forty years, until they came to the land where they settled. Exodus 16:11-12 & 16:35.
Then the LORD spoke his word to Elijah: “Leave this place…and I have commanded ravens to bring you food there.” So Elijah did what the LORD said; …Then the LORD spoke his word to Elijah, Go…I have commanded a widow there to take care of you.1Kings17:2-7.
Then Elijah walked for a whole day into the desert. He sat down under a bush and asked to die… Suddenly an angel came to him and touched him, “Get up and eat,” the angel said… The food made him strong to walk… 1Kings 19:4-8.
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or What shall we wear?’…and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. Matthew 6:31-32.
But Godliness with contentment is great gain. 1Timothy 6:6. Amen.

Monday 5 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - The LORD sees everything you do, and he watches where you go. Proverbs 5:21.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me…’ Matthew 7:21-23.
“The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed (good works) in his field (world). But while everyone was sleeping (no fear of God), his enemy (worldly desires) came and sowed weeds (evil thoughts) among the wheat, and went away… Let both grow together until the harvest (judgment day). At that time I will tell the harvesters (angles): First collect the weeds (the wicked) and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat (the righteous) and bring it into my barn (the kingdom of heaven). Matthew 13:24-30.
This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:49-50.
All must test their own work: Galatians 6:4. Amen.

Sunday 4 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? And if you greet only your brothers, what are doing more than others? Matthew 5:46-47.

The commandments…are summed up in this one rule: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. Romans 13:9-10.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
…but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1Corinthians 13:4-10 & 4:13.
If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right. James 2:8. Amen.

Saturday 3 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Test everything. Hold on to the good. 1Thessalonians 5:21.

Watch out for false prophets…A good tree can not bear bad fruit, and a bad tree can not bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus by their fruit you will recognize them. Matthew 7:15-20.
The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.
But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. Matthew 12:35-36.
The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angles.
As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. Matthew 13:37-40. Amen.

Friday 2 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - Find out what pleases the Lord. Ephesians 5:10.

As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” 1Peter 1:14-16.
It is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. 1Peter 3:17.
Your attitude should be the same that of Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:5.
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Ephesians 4:30. Amen.

Thursday 1 September 2011

The New Life In Christ - God will judge you for everything you do. Ecclesiastes 11:9.

Sometimes something useless happens on earth. Bad things happen to good people, and good things happen to bad people.
