The New life in Christ: As it is written: “God’s name is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.” Romans 2:24.

Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

“‘These people honor me with their lips,

But their hearts are far from me.

They worship me in vain;

Their teachings are but rules taught by men.’” Matthew 15:6-9.

For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine.

Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth, and turn aside to myths. 2Timothy 4:3-4. “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots.”

If a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit. Matthew 15:13-14. Amen.
