The New Life In Christ - This does not surprise us. Even Satan changes himself to like an angel of light. 2Corinthians 11:14.

Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth? Those people are working hard to persuade you, but this is not good for you. They want to persuade you to turn against us and follow only them. Galatians 4:16-17.
But I trust in the Lord that you will not believe those different ideas. Whoever is confusing you with such ideas will be punished. Galatians 5:10.
Serve each other with love.
So I tell you: Live by following the Spirit. Then you will not do what your sinful selves want. Galatians 5:13 & 5:16.
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified their own sinful selves. They have given up their old selfish feelings and the evil things they wanted to do. Galatians 5:24.
Each person should judge his own actions and not compare himself with others. Then he can be proud for what he himself has done. Each person must be responsible for himself. Galatians 6:4-5.
…but test every thing; hold fast to what is good; 1Thessalonians 5:21. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - Trusting in Humans or God: In the later days you will understand this clearly. Jeremiah 23:20.

This is what the LORD says:
A curse is placed on those who trust other people, who depend on human for strength, who have stopped trusting the LORD. Jeremiah 17:5.
They keep saying to those who despise the word of the LORD, “It shall be well with you”; and to all who stubbornly follow their own stubborn hearts, they say, “No calamity shall come upon you.” Jeremiah 23:17.
They plan to make my people forget my name by their dreams that they tell one another…
Although they know God’s law says … but they themselves not only continue to do these evil things, they applaud others who do them. Romans 1:32.
Let the prophet who has a dream tell the dream, but let the one who has my word speak my word faithfully. Is  straw the same thing as wheat? says the LORD.
Is not my word like fire, says the LORD, and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?  Jeremiah 23:27-29.
This (the word of God) is hard teaching. Who can accept it? John 6:60.
“Do you wish to go away?” …Jesus asked.
…think of what you were when you were called. 1Corinthians 1:26.
…and the fire will test the quality of each man’s work. 1Corinthians 3:13. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - The LORD says, “Present your case.” “Tell me your arguments.” Isaiah 41:21. “I show that the lying prophets signs are false; I make fools of those who do magic…” Isaiah 44:25.

How terrible it will be for those people… They think horses will save them. They think their many chariots and strong horseman will save them. But they don’t trust God, the Holy one…or ask the LORD for help.
They (The Egyptians) are only people and not God.
Their horses are only animals and are not spirit. Isaiah 31:1-3.
Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” John 6:32-33.
What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe-as the Lord assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.
So then, no more boasting about men! 1Corinthians 3:5-7 & 3:21.
I myself am the LORD;
I am the only Savior.
I myself have spoken to you, saved you, and told you these things… Isaiah 43:11-12. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - …the Spirit is life because of righteousness. Romans 8:10.

There is a vanity that takes place on earth, that there are righteous people who are treated according to the conduct of the wicked, and there are wicked people who are treated according to the conduct of the righteous. I said that this is also is vanity. Ecclesiastes 8:14.
…since the same fate comes to all, to the righteous and the wicked, to the good and the evil.
…For God has long ago approved what you do. Ecclesiastes 9:2 & 9:7.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous; but the Lord rescues them from all. He keeps all their bones; not one of them will be broken. Psalm 34:19.
…But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness. Romans 8:10.
And God, who searches the heart, knows what is the mind of the Spirit. Romans 8:27. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - …And when you search for me with all heart, you will find me. Jeremiah 29:13.

I am the voice… John 1:23.
We are not trying to control to control your faith. You are strong in faith. But we are workers with you for your own joy. 2Corinthians 1:24.
We do not sell the word of God for a profit as many people do. But in Christ we speak the truth before God as messengers of God… 2Corinthians 2:17.
For there is one God, there is also one mediator between God and human being, Christ Jesus, himself  human, who gave himself a ransom for all. 1Timothy 2:5-6.
The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. Psalm 145:18. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - “I have faith in Christ!”… Troubles or persecution arises on account of the word. Matthew 13:21. …But God was with him, and rescued him from all his troubles… Acts 7:9.

God is the One who made all things, his and all things for glory. He wanted to have many children share his glory, so he made the One who leads people to salvation perfect through suffering. Hebrews 2:10.
God’s power protects you through your faith until salvation is shown to you at the end of time. This makes you very happy, even though now for s short time different kinds of troubles may make you sad. These troubles come to prove that your faith is true. This purity of faith is worth more than gold, which can be proved to be pure by fire but will ruin. But the purity of your faith will bring you praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is shown to you. … And you are receiving the goal of your faith-the salvation of your souls. 1Peter 1:5-9.
…yet if any of you suffers as a Christian, do not consider it a disgrace, but glorify God because you bear his name.
1Peter 4:16.
If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. 1Peter 4:11. Amen.

The New Life In Christ - “I will tell you the kind of fast I want: Isaiah 58:6.

Share your food with the hungry and bring poor, homeless people into your own homes. When you someone who has no clothes, give him yours, and don’t refuse to help your own relatives. Isaiah 58:6-7.
And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work. As it is written, “He scatters abroad, he gives to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.”
Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. 2Corinthians 9:8-9 & 9:13. Amen.
